they wanted a flying aircraft carrier, so i instantly thought of a steampunk style with helicopter blades. but then, while i was legit watching age of Ultron, i saw the helicarrier. so thats what we have here. 19% throttle is slow fall, and 20% is slow rise. unfortunately there is no hover. anyhoo, i give all credit to Brendorkus and marvel for helping me make this build. have fun!™

i also forgot to say this the heli-carrier needs a little bit of thrust at the back of this build and try to get it to float on water also.
the details on this heli-carrier is somewhat ok, the control center needs an update, it is stable(nice work on the stability), it would be cool if u add some weapons to it From Age of Ultron. again nice work on this heli-carrier.
