The Rock Valley Defense Center proposed a drone capable of striking ground targets at night. (Pictures of the drone are taken at the day to be clearly seen.) Designers created the RV-500. The Prototype is called RV-1000NS. After tests completed, the RV-500 "NightSeeker" commenced production for the military.
