SAAB-RJ Anka F.1 8.7

Introduction
SAAB appear to be just improving on old designs at present (Gripen E for example), I thought wouldnt it be nice if they had a more modern looking (for the 90s anyway) twin engine aircraft, hence the Anka came to life.
I used my custom sidewinders and meteor missiles as well.
Controls
AG1 = Reheat (only works if full throttle is applied)
AG2 = gun door, arm gun and sidewinders
AG3 = Reverse thrust
AG4 = Refueling probe
AG5 = Finger airbrakes
AG7 = eject
VTOL dn = slats

reminds me of the Apalis a bit
looks like a stealthy Pzl-230x
@idk201011323 thanks :) it was fun to do (except when the game makes random connections). Bit of a flop on votes though.
this is one of the nicest paneling jobs i’ve ever seen
@RamboJutter I can totally relate to that. I was like a cow staring at the train on the beginning too but I disected a lot of "foreign" builds and I tried to figure it out. Also, the SPMC community provided with many explanations and tips. I urge you to take a quick look to some great builds here and openly ask for help. Your builds have great quality and with the addition of some FT will be one of the best here!
P.S. In the next days I'm gonna post my latest project so you will have a great opportunity to see some useful and advanced FT usage.
@Dimkal sorry, funky trees are foreign to me, I don't even know where to start on formulating them. I did ask before but the "guides" that are available omit all the beginner stuff on the basis of "you went to school you should know this". All the FT stuff i use other kind users have given me. I enjoy plugging bits together to make aircraft, I use some basic maths to work out angles and the like, I use the xml editing stuff to alter ranges of movement etc. But FT is just beyond me and to be honest the introduction of it to this game has reduced my enjoyment quite a bit.
@RamboJutter Very interesting design and quite resourceful build. But, I'd love to see more automations and a lot of FT carpeting (e.g. flaps/slats, gun door, NWS, )
@ssenmodnar I hadn't left :) just been building things in the background, doesn't look like this was popular for some reason.
Nice!
You're back!
Love it!
nc!
Nice
