In the 1970s, Stolonia and Clawilm were in the middle of their Cold War. Stolonia had fielded the F-73 and F-77 as their primary fighters. Clawilm then responded with the OLJ-32, 35 and MAB-31. The Federal Republic of Kysym was worried that their antiquated airfleet would be outmatched in case of war with either power. They began work on their newest aircraft, the F-133 Wyvern. The Wyvern is nimble, agile and works both as a fighter and bomber. It began production in 1982 and the first upgrade package rolled out in 1989 with upgraded targeting computers and radar system. It has been exported to many countries, but has only seen combat once, in the Samean Revolt.
