The Blohm und Voss Projekt 170 was designed as a high speed bomber for the Schnellbomber contest for the Luftwaffe. This plane, as other Blohm und Voss designs, had a very unusual configuration, with three engines. None were ever made as it lost to the Junkers Ju 88.
