Auto Credit Based on blackout935's working boat/car
This is a successor to blackout935's "working boat/car". Use yaw (Q and E) to turn.
Major changes include
1. Moved cockpit to the front for better visibility when using the cockpit camera
2. Switched an unbalanced fuel tank to a block
3. Made the front landing gear steerable
4. Adjusted the rudder so it goes directly side to side
5. Changed the engine to steer with yaw and turn with the rudder
6. Added passengers
7. Duckboat paintjob
