The Counvas C15 was the second aircraft built by Edward Counvas. It was built using an old Hangar In Relia, (That later will become, after Edwards death, the Italian establishment of Counvas by Benjamin jr Counvas).
It was built entirely of wood and could carry 4 people in 4 seats.
It could also float, but not like a seaplane, only because it was a wooden airplane (so don't take off from water)
