Auto Credit Based on KPLBall's USS San Antonio (CLA-28)
In 1946 Panama bought the USS Charleston and the USS Sacramento, both of which belong to the San Antonio class cruiser.
The Panamá (formerly USS Charleston), was bought under the condition of using it as a costal defence artillery cruiser (CDCA), it was still refered too in official documents as "Panamá, CLA, Costal Defence". The Panamá was refitted with a couple British QF-2pdr guns which added on to the assortment of 20mm Oerliksons and 40mm Bofors L/60s.
