So the main problems were your CoM was to far back, and your engines were overpowered along with your elevators being to large wich was causing that wave motion when you pitched up. I also made some other minor adjustments such as your propeller style which you can hamge if you want and the back tail gear i made higher so you can have that extra pitch to take off quicker.
