After update 1.9.205 and the addition of tracers, I couldn't not make a turbolaser. Anyways, here are the instuctions.

Vtol and Trim to aim the cannons.

something about the range or something causes the ocean to not load along with the more detailed island textures and it allows me to see whats under the ocean! Nothing! Freaky!
