Controls are simple- push the throttle to take off! I have also made a tiltrotor version, which is similar in function to the V-22 Osprey, but it is complex, slow and not completed yet. The rotors are not made with XML engines, but gyroscopes! I think this is a good idea to make nicer-looking helicopters. XML modding the gyroscopes to make them spin faster might be a good idea.

Amazing, I didn't realize this concept had been out this long, I think this is a awesome technique. I have a few versions I created from a buddy's like this but one propeller. Im surprised this didn't get more attention. I will spotlight this. It was this technique through my friend that got me started on making a series of ornithopter and ground versions as well. Awesome job.
