EDIT: TESTED ON HIGH PHYSICS

The Mk.10 Catapult is my next attempt to make a catapult. This one is shorter and more compact than the previous ones and could save some space in a battleship however I built this one to be used on cruisers. It has 2 rotators, one to rotate the catapult to the side away from any equipment on board, and one to rotate the catapult back in place. I modified the Observer a little bit because the engine was too strong, the catapult would break. I weakened the engine, but performance is till the same.

INSTRUCTIONS
Ag.6= Turns on the Observer’s engine and turns the catapult 45 degrees
Ag.7= Launches Observer and turns catapult back

Roll and Pitch for controls, don’t turn off Ag.6 or else the plane dies.

You can launch the aircraft w/o pitching up or anything, just let it fly. Control when needed.
And no the plane still can’t land on water due to the mass.

You can change the angle of the catapult, just look for the rotators. As for the aircraft, I used to have the detacher at 0 massScale that’s why it behaved poorly on aircraft with 1:1 weight. Granted I haven’t checked if the catapult can accept other aircraft, but I don’t think it’ll be hard as long as the aircraft is light. Change the speed of the catapult via the 4 pistons beneath and the release of the aircraft via the detacher.

Enjoy
