Named after the fastest bird in the world, The RKA-60YH is a unmanned heavy test drone developed in 1985 by RK Aerospace, finally introduced to the public in 1993, then took flight in 1995. It went hypersonic, or 1 mile per second. It had a amazing top speed of 3500+ MPH, and traveled 64.4 body lengths per second, calculated. The RKA-60YH was powered by 2 powerful engines, using rocket fuel somehow. The engines were both an RKA-150E, and was specially made only for this drone. It was a breakthrough in hypersonic technology. It could travel over 3500 miles, as it did not focus on efficiency, but traded it in for speed.
