The TAV-17 Valkyrie was designed as an advanced troop transport that can travel at greater speeds than a tilt rotor aircraft. The Valkyrie can carry a maximum of 14 fully equipped soldiers and other equipment. Although the downside of having jet engines is that they increase the heat signature, though it can be equipped with Air Burst Disruption Pods to jam enemy heat seeking targeting equipment.
Controls:
Special aircraft controls.
Use VTOL slider to tilt engines into forward flight or reverse positions
Ag-8 to deactivate stabilizers (deactivate when in forward flight.)

I've purchased one copy of the above-mentioned decommissioned aircraft at the military dump for the reasonable price,and it was in very good shape! So i made an version with 1.11 parts.
