G-53 "Magic" Missile
Lore
The G-53 "Magic" is a long-range air-to-air missile developed by Ares Defense Systems to meet the increasing demands of modern aerial warfare. With a range of 50 kilometers, the G-53 is designed to engage enemy aircraft from a distance, providing pilots with the ability to strike targets well before they're within visual range. Its semi-active radar-homing (SARH) system requires the launching aircraft to maintain radar lock on the target throughout the missile's flight, ensuring highly accurate strikes over long distances.
Engineered for beyond visual range (BVR) engagements, the G-53 "Magic" gives pilots a powerful tool to engage enemy aircraft before they get close enough to pose a serious threat. Unlike fire-and-forget missiles, the G-53 needs continuous guidance from the launching aircraft's radar. While this demands that the pilot maintains lock on the target, it also grants superior accuracy, especially when dealing with fast-moving or stealthy aircraft.
The missile’s advanced semi-active radar guidance system allows it to track targets in environments cluttered with electronic countermeasures or when the enemy is attempting evasive maneuvers. Its high-powered rocket motor gives it both the speed and endurance to reach targets over 50 kilometers away while maintaining energy for a precise, high-speed impact.
Though the G-53 "Magic" requires the launching aircraft to stay focused on the target, pilots appreciate its reliability and long-range capabilities. It’s particularly effective in large-scale engagements where striking enemies from a distance can shift the tide of battle. The missile's range allows pilots to engage threats early, often neutralizing the enemy before they can even respond.
With the G-53 "Magic" in their arsenal, pilots have a versatile and dependable missile that excels in long-range encounters, providing a deadly combination of range, accuracy, and high speed. This missile has become a key asset in modern air forces, especially when facing technologically advanced adversaries in complex combat environments.

@Ytcaptainjeffthepilot1234 grab the detacher inside the missile, or the pylon add it to subassemblies. Missile can be activated with AG2. Also remove AG2 from the pylon so it doesnt just drop it.
