Sorry it took so long to get this out!!! I cant pt landing gear on it because im on IOS!!! My game crashes every time lol!!!! If you want landing gear tell me and ill post it seperatly and you can save it as a sub-assembly!!!

And I'm pretty sure there are good tutorials out there for building planes and so forth, and if there is not, the community is really nice and should be able to help you. @Robert882
Well you need to build a plane first then you hit the "menu" button then hit "share aircraft" then you put a description in (if you want you can leave that blank) the it will ask you for some screenshots of your plane/creation and when that's all done you hit upload/share aircraft and it should take you to this site wee you can edit the description (again if you want) put tags on it (example if it's an airliner ther is a tag called airliner you can put that under) and you can even change the name of the plane/creation. @Robert882
