XM-612
(I must now bore you with a backstory) The XM-162 is an incredibly useful attacker/bomber. It was designed in 1965 to fill the supersonic (almost hypersonic) bomber role. The desicion was taken to incorporate two bomb bays(ag1+vtol to close bombay doors), swept wings (ag2+Vtol) and a bomb bay mission stopwatch (it will keep time incredibly accurately up to 3 min). It was also decided to make use of stolen soviet technology that allowed an aircraft to reload guns insantly mid flight, meaning that no bulky and obscelete ammunition drums/belts were needed, only a box carrying 3 rounds. This allowed the use of extremely high ROF gyns such as the ones fitted on this aircraft. It is fitted with 2x 75mm autocannons that historically shot over 10000rpm (historically). As the bomber was swept wing (WARNING:You must sweep wings before going over 1500mph, as your aircraft will begin to pitch up caused by excess wing lift) the design called for very powerful engines, and the Aerospace industry responded with engines producing over 150,000lbf each. This took the aircraft (with full load) to a top speed of 2500mph+ at 45,000ft. To cope with the stresses of very high speed flight, the aircraft was made from a ceramic compound not very different from the compound found (see what I did there XD) in composite armors the world over. On top of all this, this particular airfarme carries the (light) bombload of 10x 500lbs general purpose bombs and 8x 15lbs anti-infantry bomblets.
CONTROLS:
Ag1+Vtol Bomb bay doors
Ag2+Vtol Wing sweep
Ag1-Mission clock (you have leave Ag1 on though)
Normal controls otherwise
NOTE*- The Mission clock is the thingy on the side of the bomb bay
