Viskatherikan's mainstay single-engine tractor fighter. boasts good performance and armaments for striking air or surface targets at expense of it's stability.

Efficient Fictional Aircrafts..?

weeeekeday-ooui chiiposting!! YEAHH!!

this the goob I talked about previously, which, despite it's name being IsaGo-3-I, is actually the second one to be finished, don't ask me, that's how it is because yes and because of ze radial hien (and thunderbolt) inspired me to make a razorback canopy version of the IsaGo-3, though then the engine feels a bit to advanced, so I made it just a regular radial, then the wing armaments of four 20mm feels a bit too advanced/heavy for it, so i removed two and replaced it with two fast-firing 7.7mm for a change, oh and made the wing less thicker and shorter to basically make the IsaGo-3-II essentially canonically had its wing reworked to up-end it's armaments and uh, add more lift something something, so it goes.

I kinda like the dogfighting nature of this aircraft, it's like kinda almost the opposite of it's successor, though both would still almost do the same anyway so yeuhm.

anyway, yeah, enjoy my shoddy-asx fictional glambouss, toos!! :3

The Isatye-Gorvatyov IsaGo-3 is a single-engine fighter aircraft operated and used by the Viskatherikan Army Air Corps.

In 193X, the Viskatherikan Army Air Corps issued a specification for a fighter aircraft, this duty was then taken by 3 companies, Isatye-Gorvatyov(IsaGo), Serkiinov-Uravyots(SeUra), and Ishtrila(Ish).

the resulting entries was the IsaGo-3 and Seura-3, while Ishtrila's entry was rejected for not meeting the specification issued.

the IsaGo-3 was noted as a decently robust aircraft with good turn rate and slow-speed handling compared to it's competitor. in the end, IsaGo-3 won the specification thanks to the SeUra-3 having issues with it's cooling and complexity.

 • |[ Mihonia Air Magazines, Issue #138 : IsaGo-3; the mainstay fighter of the Viskatherikan Army Air Corps ]|

[ Controls ]

 • Standard Aircraft Controls
 • VTOL : Flaps
 • Yaw : Tailgear(rud too)
 • AG1 : WEP(War Emergency Power; basically afterburner for WWII planes)

[ Guidelines ]

[ Taxiing ]

 • Throttle 3-5%, Yaw to turn tailgear around

[ Takeoff ]

 • Throttle 100%, Flaps Half-down, take off.

[ Flight ]

 • Standard Aircraft Controls; AG1 to activate WEP for emergencies, flies wobbly on autopilot when going straight, going over 600-650km/h+ makes the rudder flutter(this is a compromise, as without the flutter, average-speed gun accuracy for AI plummets like a rock-style swimming)

[ Landing ]

 • Throttle around 20-30%, target speed is around 180-220km/h(111-136mph) for a stable normal landing, in cases where only short runway is provided, use flaps to it's fullest and adjust throttle accordingly; brake responsibly.

[ Armaments ]

 • 2x VAS(Volkoviyev Aviatsionny Skorostrelny, TL : Volkoviyev rapid fire for aircraft) 7.62x61mmV Machine Gun, Synchronized, 745m/s(2,444ft/s), 1,550rnds/min(25.833rnds/s)
 • 2x Nikonov N20A 20x82mm Autocannon, 600m/s(2,000ft/s), 520rnds/min(8.666rnds/s)
 • 2x Dvaly Mod.I 70kg Bombs

[ Notes ]

 • got the basic hangar stuffs out(barrels, pallet, stair-platforms, munition boxes, and compressed tanks), so IsaGo-3-I debuted with it, still feels empty so I probably need to also decorate the walls of the hangar but that's for another time.
 • nothing like writing before de writings, aooh.
