For takeoff set the elevator trim to full down. This will set the flaps too. Gently pull back the stick at 200mp/h and retract the gear also set the trim back to neutral. For landing set the trim to full down and gently begin to flare at aboug 150-160mp/h. Touchdown should be about 145mp/h. Notice: No speedbrakes
