ACT1 for VTOL mode. 75-80% will be enough to get you in the air.

ACT3 for secondary engine.
ACT4 for gunzzzz.
ACT5 for parachute.
ACT6 for lights.
TRIM down for air-breaks (I put them on TRIM so that they can be used in the air without cutting engine power.
