LFWH-37 'Herrscher' Strike Bomber
A craft both loved and hated by UGA pilots, much like the masters of the legendary Honkai it's named after. The Boeing-Lockheed LFWH-37 Herrscher was one of the first aircraft introduced to the United Galactic Army arsenal, serving a simple purpose; a fast hit-and-run strike bomber designed to work in groups to pummel targets before retreating to a friendly airbase or carrier. The craft is based on a 20th century aircraft known as the 'Warhawk,' and serves a similar role, boasting 10 hard-points for mounting naval torpedoes, missiles, bombs, and even Cleaver Mk.5 missiles. The main drawback of the craft is twofold; the exposed fuel tank behind the cockpit, and the fact that the craft outright struggles to take off in-atmosphere when carrying Cleavers. Due to their heavy weight, Herrschers are restricted to only carrying two of these missiles at a time. Beyond this, the craft is fast and maneuverable, and if needed it can double as a fighter.
