German Sailplanes GS-1 JET
558 Fliegerkerlchen
3.5 years ago
A fictional glider with self-launching capabilities. It has a small Jet engine like the JS-3, but it has enough thrust to takeoff on its own. It also has some flaps with positive and negative flap settings, speedbrakes and a steerable rear landing gear so it is controllable on the ground. For a better gliding performance, you should customize the fuel amount.
AG1: Retract and deactivate the Engine
Trim: Trim
VTOL: Flaps
I recommend to use full positive flaps and maybe some positive trim on takeoff, it is a lot easier to climb out when you do.

GS1b
GS1b JET
