X-21 harukaze
The X-21 Harukaze is a prototype fighter manufactured in Japan as a fifth-generation stealth aircraft. It was manufactured at the request of the Defense Acquisition Agency of the Japanese government to produce a fighter for deployment in the Japanese metropolitan area. Developed in cooperation with JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency), it utilizes space technology to achieve high maneuverability. The aircraft is built as a double-seat type to accommodate a pilot and an engineer. At the planning stage, there was a plan to install a thrust deflector nozzle similar to that of the U.S. F-22 Raptor, but this was technically impossible at the present time, and several demonstration tests have proven that the aircraft can achieve high maneuverability even at the present stage, so a fixed nozzle is installed. (Fiction) Activate 1 lowers the canopy, activates the engines, and activates 2 to deploy the weapon bay. (As this aircraft is a prototype, it is not equipped with any armament other than a machine gun.)
