Well, it's a new iteration for stealth fighters. It's design was created for it to be stealthier than the original Raptor. Other than that, maneuverability was optimized and a new TVE was added. Position of the inlets was moved so that ground radars will detect less of the aircraft and the cockpit was also changed because, why not eh?

1.)TVE doesn't have yaw capabilities because it spontaneously explodes.
