Since this is tough il go on my android to use moding to fix it, I think I found the issue.

Actually @Lizardlover46 ... I was testing the plane on the typhoon circuit when it did the same thing again... twice! The first time was manageable but the second time was unrecoverable. It seems that making the ailerons smaller has helped a to make the problem occur less often, but it still happens.
