F-350 Phantom IIIA

119k DestinyAviation  8.6 years ago

The Phantom III program (sponsored by Lockheed-Martin) was a proposal to replace most of the multi role aircraft in the USAF, USN, and USMC. It had a crew of two and was powered by two FALCOM Ind. FCE-1 engines, allowing it to get up to speeds over 630 miles per hour. It sported a wide range of weapons, including ATG missiles, rocket pods, guns, and bombs (not featured on this model). The aircraft shown here is in factory colors, sporting no camouflage or other markings. Credit to iFalco for the engines and deusalgor for the American flags. VTOL up for the front landing gear. Enjoy!
