With the continued use of high damage continuous support Ground Attack Aircraft against soft and hard targets across the Middle East, and the continued requirements for Long-Range Fighters to quickly deal with both conventional and non-conventional threats, Bluejay Aerodynamics opened up a new branch in Turkey to continued research and development into dedicated Fighter Attacker aircraft specifically made to deal with modern day combat realities. This proved a boon in that, while many other companies moved on to Stealth Multi-role Fighters and their myriad of problems, Bluejay Aerodynamics did not have such problems of their own while producing a similar design in combat competency. With development officially starting in mid 2005, successful trial phases in early 2013 later 2014, and finally ending in 2016, the FA-5A was rolled out of an extremely profitable production and into the awaiting arms of global air forces at an incredibly low price compared to both it's stealth cousins and the multiple long-range jets that came before.
