After 5 months since the release of the KKB-1, the Malay Corps designed a gun carrier designed to carry a 152mm K-52 cannon designed to fire APDSHE Shells capable of penetrating through 517mm of armour, or HE shells which carries 625g of explosive filler, capable of destroying anything within a 7m radius. Speedwise, it is pretty fast for a TD, which was its original designation, but when the HE shell was tested, it was so good, it was used instead as a long range TD or Self-Propelled Gun, the TD/SPG carrying 16 HE shells (Green Tip), 8 APDSHE shells (Yellow Tip) and 8 HEAT shells (Red Tip).
