When China joined the 3rd World War on the side of North Korea, many citizens were unhappily forced to join the "Chinese Workers Advancement Program" an oppressive institution which conscripted many farmers and laborers to work on the farms of wealthy government funders. Naturally many people were disgruntled. A Chinese architect named Ju-Long Xun soon rose to prominence in Qinghai. He promised a "Re-Easternization" of China and vowed to wipe the "Barbaric, Oppressive and Wholly Corrupt" Chinese Government off the map. Soon he had amassed an army of ragged farmers, impoverished people and unsettled families. Once after he captured a few factories he began producing aircraft, like the formidable, 8 machine gun dive bomber "Qianshui Ying" or Diving Hawk.
