Alekseyev I-221
The I-221 was a projected ground attack plane created by Semyon Mikhailovich Alekseyev. It had a convetional fuselage and tail, and had a Lyul'ka TR-3 turbojet, which was being developed to give 10,141 pounds of thrust. The Alekseyev I-221 was intended to have heavy forward-firing armament; two 57mm N-57 cannons in the forward fuselage with 30 rounds each, and two 23mm NR-23 cannon in the wings with 150 rounds each. In addition, provision was made for up to 3,307 pounds of bombs under the fuselage, and 6-16 RS-82 unguided rockets under the outer wing panels. Such a remarkable project would have proved itself very powerful in 1948. Unfortunatly, it never left the drawing board because Alekseyev's design bureau was shut down. AG-1 for the NR-23, AG-2 for the N-57, and AG-1 through AG-5 for the rockets.

Sorry I was in a rush to upload this plane that I made a mistake. AG-3 through AG-5 for the rockets.
Flies very well. Nice!
