C-5 Galaxy AAC with Microfighters

Name: C-5 Galaxy AAC with Microfighters
Type: Replica / Concept
Attempt #: 1
Falkenwut Generation Build: 2

This is my take on the C-5 Galaxy - AAC - Airbrone Aircraft Carrier with 1 Model 985-10 Vitac and 1 Model 985-30 Canard inside. Based on the Original Declassified Documentation, specifically on the models that had been discarded, and inspired by Mustard's video on youtube.

This is an old model, and was built before the magnet part. I will need to remake it in order to re-dock inside. You could try to somehow fly them back into the docking bay and close the door...

Instructions:
Action groups:
1 - Enable full control of Vitac Microfighter & toggle front node
2 - Jettison Vitac Microfighter
3 - Enable full control of Canard Microfighter & toggle front node
4 - Jettison Canard Microfighter
7 - Toggle C-5 autopilot (gyroscopes) & bay doors
8 - Toggle C-5 engines and airbrakes
VTOL - C-5's flaps
Trim - Control nodes & doors (Once 1, 3, or 7 are pressed)

Suggested deployment method:
1> Once at a stable altitude, press 7 in order to keep the C-5 in an "autopilot" mode, and press 8 to avoid adjusted the throttle or brake of the C-5. The VTOL can be used to adjust the flaps and help adjust the C-5's pitch

2> Push the Trim up in order to open both bay doors open

3> Press 1 or 3, depending which microfighter you wish to deploy (both is also a viable option), to take full control of the Microfighter and extend the attachment node.

4> Press 2 or 4 to deploy the microfighter you wish (again, both is also a viable option)

5> Once in flight, you can control the Microfighter with MINIMALLY Controlling the C-5.

Note: Destroying the C-5 Galaxy will have no fuel for all 3 planes

Enjoy your flying. Anyone wishing to modify this plane is most welcome.

@Spangsege as per the description, it is a Model 985-30 Canard. One of the cancelled designs for the Airborne aircraft carrier project. Details in the description above.

@Azureworks Got a remake of the 747 AAC model coming soon. This one really REALLY needs a remake... but it's going to take me a while to get to it...

@PointlessWhyshouldi - I haven't started working with detailed cockpits yet. But i might consider it for my future builds.. Thanks for the offer though :)

Did you want to borrow one of my cockpits I made it’s hollow so you can put detail inside and it has the right size for a fuelsalage block to fit behind it with it having the size of 7.5 and 7.25 @Falkenwut

I like all the moving parts and the idea in general! The C-5 feels soo much bigger and heavier than my own recent upload (which is my biggest plane - with lots of moving parts, too)

@S4P9 I try... I wish I would have more patience to make the planes look more realistic. I've had ALOT of practice in building in this game (see all my uploads...). This particular model had plenty and PLENTY of trial and error...
