This is my entry for the transformer contest. To transform, start by bringing the VTOL slider a tiny bit down so that the transformer falls flat. Then bring the VTOL sloder back up. Activate the first activator, then bring the VTOL slider all the way up. Then throttle to 100% to tuck in his head. Be careful turning. I couldn't do anything with his arms which is kinda sad. :(. Still, enjoy!
