No Landing Gear except the common wheel and the small retractable one.
No Resizeable Wheels
No Small & Hinge Rotators
No Shocks & Pistons
No Lights & Long Pylons
No Weapons
XML allowed for changing part position & rotation, and for changing engine input ranges (but not the power multiplyer)
The planes will be judged by accurateness, creativity and flight qualities. We will also like to see some interesting mechanisms and creative, unusual solutions!

The planes will be split into groups according to their designer's level. Then, the group winners will pass to the final stage.
