The Veltro, or Grayhound, was the best Italian fighter of WW2 - admitted by the USAAF as being a near match for the venerable P-51D Mustang. Seen here in a natural metal finish with loyalist markings, many having been siezed by those still loyal to Mussolini's ideals as well as by the Luftwaffe which flew them operationally. Armed with four machine guns and capable of slinging around up to 700 Lb. of bombs she was a capable combatant armament wise but speed and maneuverability were where she truly shined. Please enjoy! AG 1 to drop the two 22 gallon drop tanks.
