You bet! @Johndfg
That'll make me happy. Lol cheers m8@Johndfg
@Insertname ok. Thanks for the info
@Insertname lol will do. When I'm done with my Hurricane I'll make an unlisted version with that tail number.
If you get accepted to the academy, you get paid as an E-5 until you graduate. Then you get paid as an O-1. If you do college yourself...:you pay yourself.@Johndfg
I'll follow your page, Btw. I really like the level of detail! But next time put AF193 on the tail of the F-22 for me lol (my jet's tail number)! Cheers@Johndfg
@Insertname lol that was my plan. I'm thinking I'd rather get a degree at a college and not the USAFA, but I'm not sure what a lot of the differences are
Just a warning... It is a very thankless job. So you really have to love aircraft to want to make it. My advice, get a degree and become and officer. You'll thank me later lol@Johndfg
@Insertname That sounds awesome. If I do go into the USAF, I'm planning on getting a degree in Aeronautical engineering. I'll think about maybe working in aircraft maintenance
I hope you join! And yes I am. It's a whole lot of hard work. Blood sweat and tears and the biggest reward is watching a pilot get back alive from a flight after you just got done doing major maintenance to it. Wouldn't trade it. @Johndfg
@Insertname Thanks! Wow you're a crew chief!?!? I'm seriously considering being a pilot the Air Force, and if I make it, this will be my aircraft of choice. What's it like to be a crew chief?
As a Crew chief on these things, I have to say... I am incredibly impressed with the detail! Great work! Now I just need to figure out how to put my tail number on there! Lol
