Best to start in the air, however it can take off with care. Pitch down and then power up and away she goes.
AG1 and 2 for additional thrust (use AG2 above 50K feet).
Use TRIM to keep her at about 60% climb rate.
VOTL for gyros.
AG6 to release the greenhouses,
AG7 for detonation.
Best to get above 200,000 feet to for space simulation. (500,000 feet is good).
