My entry for a challenge to build a plane using only the version 1.1 parts. This has a tail-mounted jet engine and is fuelled entirely by fuel tank blocks that are inside the main fuselage. It's got just enough range to get from Wright to Yeager, and can do it at high subsonic speeds. You can get this to go supersonic, but only in a dive.
