Lil Tonker was built in a normal factory, but he had a defect. His .50 Caliber machine gun couldn't turn on its own! And, as everyone knows, every tank needs a properly turning machine gun. So, the factory had him set aside for scrap. Little did they know he had a mind of his own! So he escaped and found a comfortable abandoned hangar.
