in december 12 1983 HNAAF need a scout plane that can go 400 - 500mph and it must be at least jet eingne, the solution for this was VA 12, the blueprint was finish on may 3rd 1984 and the prototype was finished on august 20th 1987. after some check and inspection finnaly the protoype was made its maiden flight at august 24th 1987 the result was astonishing and the prototype was approved
