After consuming some movie content, I decided to make this.

Introducing my own interpretation of the F/A-18 Super Hornets that participated in the "Climatic Strike Mission" in the movie: "Top Gun: Maverick"...

It may not be so accurate to the movie, but this is my own interpretation of the strike mission that Maverick and his squadron undertook during the climax of the movie. This build contains two Super Hornets: the "E" single-seat and the "F" two-seat variants. Both aircraft are newly remastered with wider leading root extensions and slightly improved flight characteristics.

Loadout of both aircraft:

F/A-18E:
- 2x AIM-120 AMRAAMs
- 2x AIM-9X Sidewinders
- 2x GBU-24 Paveway IIIs
- 1x Drop Tank

F/A-18F:
- 1x AIM-120 AMRAAMs
- 2x AIM-9X Sidewinders
- 2x GBU-10 Paveway IIs
- 1x LANTIRN Targeting Pod
- 1x Drop Tank

A & D = Ailerons
W & S = Elevators
Q & E = Rudder
AG1 = Arrestor Hook
AG2 = Folding Wings
AG3 = Flaps Down
AG4 = Air Brake
AG5 & AG6 = Drop Those Tax Payer Funded Weapons Systems
AG7 = Retract The Catapult Launch Bar
AG8 = Master Arm and Activate AOA Limiter
VTOL Down = Locks the control surfaces into position
Trim = For Trim Controls
Landing Gear = Gears and Cockpit Raiser
Brake = Aerodynamic Deflection Rudders
