@Giggitymerf upon further inspection, the plane is modeled after the Su-24 “Fencer” Aircraft, due to the air intakes’ pointed edge facing inwards, rather than upwards like the Panavia Tornado.
So does the su-24 fencer. However, the panavia tornado does have two turbofans.
In real life the MiG-23 has a turbojet engine, not a turbofan
