What is this

The purpose of this offshore platform is to extract sea water and electrolyze it into hydrogen and oxygen after filtration. Among them, hydrogen will be collected as the basic construction of our hydrogen energy aircraft plan. Because the electricity required for electrolyzing hydrogen is very large, this platform needs to be built in a place with ocean currents, so that it can not only obtain flowing water suitable for electrolysis, but also use ocean currents to generate electricity.
