Controls:

G - Landing gear;

AG1 - Landing parachute (activated after touchdown)
AG2 + VTOL slider - Flaps; (0% = Flaps retracted, 100% DOWN = Flaps deployed)
AG3 + VTOL slider - eilerons (roll) trim. UP= roll to the right. Can help with one engine flight. Saves position after AG3 deactivated.
AG4 - Left engine
AG5 - Right engine
AG6 - Landing lights;
AG7 - Nav. Lights;
AG8 - Ground steering (sensitivity adjustment, when active - steers to the limit, when deactivated - steers 5 degrees, deactivate on takeoffs and landing, activate for ground maneuvers only)

Take off procedure - Trim 1/2 up, flaps 1/2 down, full thrust , Rotate at about 150 MPH
Landing procedure - Full flaps, trim ~ 75-80 up, 60% thrust with full flaps at approach, 45% near the runway, approach speed 190 mph, over the runway drop thrust to 25%, deploy parachute (AG1) if needed after touchdown. If bounced up, do not pitch down, just let it drop gently, nose down touch can be fatal)
Ascending - 90% thrust, trim 75-80% down.
Level flight - 75% thrust, trim 75-85% down.
One engine flight - thrust 100%, compensate roll with aileron trim (AG3+ VTOL), landing with 50% flaps.

Too heavy for mobile devices...

    Made some mistakes again(((( gonna reupload tomorrow. Also found a flight manual and have read how aileron trimmers work. Have a better idea for them. They also work always in opposite directions to the ailerons - they make it easy to move ailerons instead of hidraulic assistance

    Thanks, I'll take it apart to figure it out, nice job figuring it out in the first place!

    @ChiChiWerx it was a problem for me for a long time as well)
    luckily, all the doors on this plane (and many other tupolev planes) are two parts. Front small opens on the same speed as gear rotates and they dont collide as they are short. Rear parts open first and then close even with gear down. They have a mechanism with 3 different speed rotators (90 deg fast one direction, 90deg 20% slow same direction and 180deg 20% opposite direction, easier to disassemble than explain))) . But the second time you deploy landing gear it rotates backwards. So i made two of them in one place - they move in different directions and you either see one or another each time. And they are "no collision"

    Have to ask: How do you synchronize the gear and the doors? Are you talking about adjusting the activation speeds? When I do that, either the extension or retraction is realistic, never both, as the gear and doors appear to collide either on extension or retraction...

    It looks beautiful. I'll have to test it later.
