The UNSC PELICAN is a dropship used by the marines to drop off troops and vehicles. This is a prototype model which still doesnt have any VTOL capabilities but it will be brought soon. In this version I enlarged the back alerons and added a back stabilizer and added roll control to the wings wich I forgot.
