@BlackEnder to make it fully tail less you need and automatic yaw airbrakes that will increase and decrease the drag on both wings.

I have a solution to the yaw problem, simply add hidden vertical stabilizers in the wing tips. This doesn't counter the yaw problem entirely, takeoffs and landings can still be tricky. But once you get to around 400+ KTS, it's smooth sailing fro there on.

You can use trim, which will be more stable. When the direction is offset, you can use Yaw.

It accelerates like it’s shot from a catapult and then stops dead at around 500 mph. After that, it becomes unflyable due to weird yaw behavior. This needs more work.

You can try to smooth out the problem with a gyroscope , it greatly improves flight for aircraft with a flying wing constitution . Since the plane is large and heavy , it is better to take a powerful gyroscope .
