It the replica of the Hidden missile in the beta 1.7 AKA Cleaver missile. The actual missile features a retractable wing and fins. This, however, didn't. As it made further complications. The wing is a little bit longer than the actual missile.
The payload is the same as the actual missile (I assumed from multiple shots taken by the community.). And also features the SRB made from guardian missiles. And it is manually fired and controlled
