FX-111 SpyVark ''Love Child'' (A PW: F59 Ed. and New Year's Special)
"Monarch and Prez's Scrap Queen Spirit!"
ABOUT THIS PLANE:
As nobody else has made a replica of the Agile Warrior F-111X, as of writing, in SimplePlanes, I tried making it but I just ended up fusing the YF-23 and the F-111 altogether. So, I decided to make this plane a Project Wingman original as it fits the aesthetic of Project Wingman which is combining different planes to make an original craft. Also, the name comes from the Project Wingman plane naming of the F-111X, and its nickname is derived from the YF-23's nickname which was “Spyder” and the F-111's nickname which was “Aardvark”. The plane’s paint job and story are a reference to Avril’s F-104 and her story of building her F-104 in Ace Combat 7. Lastly, I just recently bought the Frontline 59 DLC so this is just the perfect build for it.
AIRCRAFT DESCRIPTION:
A plane built from the partial Airframe and Blueprints found by Monarch and Prez sometime after the war in an old, abandoned, and presumed to be an Icarus Armory Hangar.
The Hangar that they found is said to be where the first test bed for Cordium Powered Engines and Cordium-Based Weaponry took place. However, the project was later abandoned as Cordium was found to be too volatile for conventional use resulting in the parts of a project plane left lying around to rot together with some pre-calamity aircraft blueprints and a weapons platform meant to be the basis for a cordium-based multirole air missile. Instead of leaving the plane parts to rot, Monarch and Prez started building it from the ground up using the tools they have, the tools they found, and some parts from different planes from an aircraft graveyard.
The only usable parts they found in the hangar were the front fuselage, the engine house fuselage, and the rear wings of the project plane and they replaced everything meant for Cordium equipment with conventional equipment. Other parts such as the underbody, fuselage intakes, and wings were outsourced from several planes in an aircraft graveyard improvising some of it to make the entire body fuselage with the blueprints they found and connect everything they found altogether. All of the interior components of the plane such as the landing gear, electronics, radar, and the entire cockpit interior were from a bunch of boneyard F/F-111s.
As Monarch and Prez started working on this plane, it easily became their hobby, and together with the help from Hitman Team and other members of the Sicario Group, they managed to take the aircraft to its first flight after 8 years and 2 months of hard work. Monarch and Prez dubbed it the F/X-111 SpyVark based on the name they found on the faded blueprints. However, other members of Hitman Team like to tease Prez and Monarch by calling it their love child because of how much time and devotion they put into building this plane. The name stuck giving the plane a personal nickname of “Love Child”.
In those years, Monarch and Prez also managed to re-engineer the Low Yield Cordium Missile Shell to a Conventional High Burst Standard Missile.
FEATURES:
- Working Ejectable Escape Pod. I just forgot to take a pic of it working :P
- Fully Interactable Cockpit Interior
- Working Radar and Openable Radome
- Custom Working F-111 Landing Gear. I also forgot to take pics of it working :P
- A beautiful intake that leads to the jet engine and a simple airbrake.
- A Refuel Probe and Refuel Probe Cam View
WEAPONRY
- A Project Wingman Fanmade Weapon and F/X-111's unique weapon - HBSM-SA
SPECIFICATIONS:
Credits:
- The Landing Gears, and F-111 Cockpit were derived from Wkwnso1's F-111
- HBSM-SA is an AIM-4 Falcon derived from TDevil36's Weapon Pack
- HESA's RDR
- YF-23 Wings and Engine House Fuselage were derived from dhtv's yf-23 model/shape
- Heading Indicator from Ku's Heading Indicator
Controls:
- AG1 - Canopy
AG2 - AOA Limiter
(Use the AOA Limiter Drive in the wepons section to suddenly propel the aircraft in the AOA direction.
AOA Limiter Drive has a 2 second cooldown between shots.)AG3 - Eject Escape Pod (uses a Gyro which acts as a fall stabilizer to always land upright)
- AG4 - Refuel Probe
- AG5 - Internal Weapons Bay
- AG6 - Open Radome
- AG7 - Jettison Ext. Hardpoints
- AG8 - Disable Fly-by-Wire & AOA Limiter
TRIM = Trim
NOTES:
AOA Limiter has a speed limit of TAS < Mach 1 / 767 MPH,
Anything higher than that may fling or dislocate the Escaped Pod
due to High G-Force.On Landing,
Set Throttle to 10%, Decrease Speed to TAS < 320 MPH, and Glide until Touchdown. On Takeoff,
Reach TAS > 250 MPH before Pitching Up.On Refueling,
Set Throttle to 20% - 25% and match the Tanker's Speed.
P.S Fly-By-Wire May Be A Little Bit Cranky So Just Re-Calibrate it using AG2.
"I guess getting your electronics from a boneyard plane was not such a good idea after all" -Prez

@RX9115S wish I could use it but it looks nice
@SkyJayTheFirst It's all good man, even just the upvotes mean so much! Happy New Year!
@RX9115S I'd spotlight, but I'm only 1 point away from being higher than you on the ranks. And more now that I upvoted your build.
