This is based on a 1968 Pontiac Catalina 4 door hardtop. It could also be modified into a GTO or a Firebird or something probably, if one so desired. Approximately to scale, slightly larger than the original, and a bit lighter. Note: Steering needs a bit of work, not sure how to get SimplePlanes steering to be more precise without sacrificing the turning radius.

@OFP857 on that makes sense i normally start with like a door or the grill to try and get the body lines as accurate as i can like my charger post not to promote this car and the charger share a lot of similar body lines
@Trashyplanes Usually with something like this car, I start out with a top portion of a body, starting out boxy and then adding more detail. Then I make a frame, with floors, seats, an interior, suspension, etc. Then I put one above the other and move them to-gether with the nudge tool. Thank you!
@Panthers4741 I'm not sure what you mean by the connection editor, I always just click "reconnect" and hope for the best. I've messed with the XML stuff a very small amount, and I use the nudge tool, but that's about it. I'm sort of a new player, as even though I've had the game for awhile, I haven't had much experience with it. There's also a chance I'm using an older version.
Also how do you start your builds like what do u build first my builds have been getting slot more accurate but there pretty over scaled
looks great man i think i’m going to try to build this too love 70s muscle cars
@ThePropellerIsAFan Thank you!
@Panthers4741 The suspension is actually what I'm least happy about. I've tried several times before to create realistic suspension, but with the way SimplePlanes only has one spring size, and how everything wants to connect to everything except for what you try to connect to, this was the best simple way. Thank you for downloading and commenting and such.
This is really cool! I like the VTOL for the gas pedal.
