While the 6B1 was developed from the Rumbler C.I, the 6B2 was developed from the C.IV. much like its predecessor, the 6B2 was a large plane. But also like its predecessor, it proved to have excellent handling characteristics, giving it a long career after its short career as a fighter ended.
