The United States has not operated large seaplanes since the 1960s. But due to the new threats in southeast Asia, Iowa Jima class large flying boat is designed and built in a very short period of time and making to enter into service by 2029. It got four powerful contra-rotating turboprop engines and T-tail to land in the rough sea and do search-and-rescue mission and navy-seal operations.

THIS IS A FICTIONAL, inspired by contemporary Japanese seaplane Shin Meiwa US-2 which is currently in service. Specially built for DARZ AIR SHOW ¿CHALLENGE?
